01Does this come with a mouthpiece cap?
No. This is the ligature by itself. Bonade sells caps separately, and most standard tenor caps will fit over it.
02Will it fit a metal tenor mouthpiece?
Not reliably. It is sized for standard tenor mouthpieces, and metal pieces have different outside dimensions. Check your mouthpiece before ordering.
03What does inverted mean here?
The tightening screws are positioned under the mouthpiece rather than over the reed, so the reed contacts the ligature band with less hardware pressing on it.
04Can I use this on alto sax?
No. This is the tenor size. An alto mouthpiece is smaller and the band will not close tight enough to hold the reed.
