No. This is the ligature alone. Keep using your existing mouthpiece cap.

No. Bass clarinet mouthpieces are considerably larger and need a ligature sized for them.
04How tight should I set it?
Snug enough that the reed will not shift under your thumb, then stop. Extra torque flattens the reed and dulls response.
