AshdownWoodsman Parlour 25W 1x8" Acoustic Guitar Combo Amp - Brown

Compact enough to move easily from home practice to coffeehouse sets and intimate performances, the Ashdown Woodsman Parlour packs instrument and vocal amplification into a stylish 25W acoustic combo weighing just 12.1 lb. An 8" Ashdown custom driver provides clear reproduction for acoustic instruments and vocals, while the instrument channel pairs dedicated Gain with 3-band EQ for shaping low-end warmth, midrange presence and high-end detail. A separate microphone channel with independent Gain and an XLR/1/4" combo input makes it easy to balance vocals alongside an instrument, while built-in reverb can be assigned to the instrument alone or both channels for flexible ambience. An AUX input accommodates backing tracks and other compatible audio sources for practice and performance, rounding out a portable Woodsman designed to keep acoustic setups straightforward. 8" Custom Driver for Clear Acoustic Tone The Woodsman Parlour delivers 25W through an 8" Ashdown custom driver, providing a clear, responsive platform for acoustic instruments and vocals without requiring the footprint of a larger performance amp. Its compact cabinet measures just 11.89" wide, 6.89" deep and 10" high, making it easy to position in tight rehearsal spaces, home studios and intimate venues. At only 12.1 lb., it's also easy to carry between lessons, rehearsals and performances, making the Parlour particularly well suited to everyday playing and smaller acoustic setups. Instrument and Mic Inputs for Solo Performance Versatility Dedicated instrument and microphone paths give the Woodsman Parlour the essentials for amplifying guitar and vocals through a single compact combo. The instrument channel features its own Gain control alongside Bass, Middle and Treble EQ, providing straightforward command over low-end body, midrange presence and high-frequency detail. A separate microphone channel uses an XLR/1/4" combo input with independent Gain, allowing the vocal level to be balanced against the instrument without complicating the control layout. Whether used for a singer-guitarist setup or to accommodate a second source, the two-channel design adds useful performance flexibility while keeping operation straightforward. Assignable Reverb and AUX Input for Everyday Flexibility Built-in reverb adds depth and ambience to the Woodsman Parlour, with a dedicated assignment switch letting players apply the effect to the instrument channel alone or to both instrument and microphone signals. This makes it possible to add reverb to an acoustic guitar while keeping vocals dry, or apply the effect across both channels. A global Volume control provides straightforward command over overall output, while the 1/4" AUX input accommodates backing tracks and other compatible audio sources for practice or performance. Lightweight and equipped for both instrument and vocal amplification, the Ashdown Woodsman Parlour provides a practical platform for home playing, rehearsals and intimate acoustic sets. From its iconic Bass Magnifier amps and bass cabinets to pedals, guitar amplification and artist-driven designs, the family-run company has remained dedicated to giving players distinctive tone and dependable performance while renewing its commitment to UK-built craftsmanship.
