AlvarezMD66CE Dreadnought Acoustic-Electric Guitar Shadow Burst
Independent shopping perspective
The Korena take
Built around solid African mahogany, the MD66CE delivers the stated woody character, clear bass response, pronounced mids, and strong projection of a dreadnought body. The Shadow Burst gloss finish lets the mahogany grain remain the visual focus. Its cutaway gives the fretting hand more reach above the 10th fret for lead lines and higher chord shapes. When amplification is needed, the onboard LR Baggs HiFi system provides an adjustable EQ path for the guitar’s acoustic voice.
